Two of us met standing up an intelligence fusion center from scratch and together we built AI-enabled algorithms used in combat operations; separately, our CTO has decades of experience and leadership in optics/photonics sensing for oil and gas which directly transfers to our new mission. Between the three of us, we have one military acquisition officer, two intelligence officers, active-duty experience with five unique military services, sixty patents (all are our CTO's), two lawyers, and two of the few service members with operational experience in special operations and layered effects.
The founding team is advised by the former commander of the Space Element at US Special Operations Command, plus a retired Sergeant Major with four decades of experience in special operations and one of the first Americans in Afghanistan in 2001, who is now a renowned drone war expert.
Marsch is forming up its inaugural engineering team and looking to hire for the following positions in its Rhode Island–based lab, with start dates in October 2026.
