Amongst our three founders we count one military contracting officer, two military intelligence officers, two lawyers, two engineers, one patent holder (with 60 patents and two dozen peer-reviewed articles), three capabilities invented while on active duty, decades of experience leading technical operations for private and public organizations, and two of the very few servicemembers with robust experience in special operations, space, and cyber.
The founding team is advised by the former commander of the Space Element at US Special Operations Command, plus a retired Sergeant Major with four decades of experience in special operations and one of the first Americans in Afghanistan in 2001, who is now a renowned drone war expert.
Marsch is forming up its inaugural engineering team and looking to hire for the following positions in its Rhode Island–based lab, with start dates in October 2026.
